This tool is available to the Master Organiasation and Resellers.

It is possible to adjust the packages a customer is subscribed to. For example, if a customer's site grows in popularity you can seamlessly upgrade a customer from a shared hosting package to a dedicated package from within the LxRoot panel.

To upgrade or downgrade a package:

Open Customer in the left side bar
Click on the customer you would like to upgrade or downgrade
Visit the Packages tab
Select the drop down menu on the package you would like to upgrade or downgrade and click Upgrade/downgrade
When the modal loads, select the new package and click Subscribe to finish
