Transfer Account Ownership
An Owner can transfer full ownership of an organisation to a user on their account. The user which the account is being transferred to must be a Super admin on the organisation.
WARNING
Transferring account ownership will relinquish ownership and demote your role to Super admin. This action cannot be undone.
To transfer account ownership:
Only the Owner of an organisation may transfer account ownership
- Open Users in the left side bar
- Click on the user you would like to transfer account ownership to
- Click the Make owner button in the confirmation modal to finish
